We have been using our Schnitzer Vario Grain Mill for about one year now and can happily report the Mill is giving us the additional quality of fresh and very wholesome grain food we had hoped for. Full grain fresh bread and porridge oats freshly flaked. We love the extra soft and creamy porridge and firm texture full flavoured bread, and crunchy toast.
