The Bread & Cake BAKING PLATE XL is for recipes up to 1,500 grams of flour. Made of heat-resistant CeraFlam Ceramic, the colour changes in natural browns tones. The surrounding baking trough is filled with water. Due to the even evaporation during baking, a moisture screen forms directly around the baked goods. This allows a wonderful crust to build up, which has a significant impact on the taste of the bread. Even with cakes or pizza, the targeted moisture in conjunction with the heat-storing ceramic ensures the best baking results, almost like in a real wood oven. Bread & Cake XL is designed for recipes with up to 1,500gms flour. CeraFlam is food-safe, does not need to be greased when baking, is easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
